This policy explains what information we collect through designritedubai.com, how we use it, and your choices.
DesignRite and SAIRA Contracting are one company, so your information is handled by our own team under either name, and by trusted providers (hosting, email, form handling and analytics) only as needed to run the business, under an obligation to protect it. Google Analytics is provided by Google, which may process data on servers outside the UAE. If you message us on WhatsApp (+971 52 261 0858), that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 is not loaded at all, no analytics cookies are set, and Google Consent Mode is set to deny analytics and advertising storage. We do not use advertising cookies.
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (they can last up to two years) to count visits and see which pages are used. If you reject, the site works exactly the same without them.
Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage (dr-consent) so we don’t ask on every page. It holds only “granted” or “denied”.
Changing or withdrawing consent: open (also in the site footer) and choose Reject. We then stop analytics storage and delete the Google Analytics cookies on this site. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, and take reasonable steps to protect it. In line with UAE data-protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the PDPL), you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.
